This aint my first rodeo...

      Since last week I had in mind that I was going to take a chapter or two of the book I started writing a few years back and post it here. Book wise, there is only one, however in my search for that particular notebook I had written in, I came across 3 other "weight loss journals"

Apparently, this is a theme for me.

Time and time again we have been informed that a key to weightloss is writing down everything that you eat. I am realizing that this only works if you follow through. So here we are, for the next 30 days, I will write down ALL that I eat. Good and Bad. I'm not going to kick myself in the butt if I sucked that day, I'm simply going to carry my little food journal and write it down...

As for the book...
Im only about 5 chapters into it, and some of the things I wrote 5years ago no longer apply, so I shall have to do some editing and rewriting before I send it off for publishing, but here's a sneak peak  :)

TO EAT OR NOT TO EAT...what a stupid question.


A list to give to your skinny friends who have never been fat:
PLEASE
Don't tell me I'm really not that fat when I wear double digits and you're a size 2
Don't tell me I have "such a pretty face"
Don't stare at my ass when I try to sqeeze by you
Don't tell me how your friend lost weight, or how much she lost..unless you did it yourself
Don't ask me if I "should be eating that" when I eat out with you
Don't yell "OMG that's you?" when you see a skinny picture of me
